T870A bga irda rework station
Item for sale is a mixure of new and slightly used. I have a Puhui T870A IRDA rework station that's in excellent working condition, the lamp and 1 base have been used a few times (less than 50 hrs run time). Unit comes with the following additions:
* 2nd NEW base (preheat place & controls), just get another lamp and sensor lines and you'll have 2 stations!
* 1 jar of .6mm leaded solder balls, 250,000 pcs (for use with xbox 360 and ps3 - or anything else that requires .6mm)
* 1 tube of amt-599-ast gel flux for unleaded applications
* 2x 4.5oz bottles of kester 951 no clean liquid flux (for unleaded or leaded use.
* Xbox 360 motherboard bracket
* Stencils for the xbox 360, ps3, various video card chips and other ICs (22pcs total I believe, maybe more - I think I bough more)
* Aluminum shielding tape 1.5 rolls (well, really almost 2 full rolls, unit wasn't used much)
* 1 roll of tin line (for removing solder)
This unit will work with chips up to 50mm, is ESD safe (made of static-dissipative covered metal), and is excellent for use with BGA, Mini BGA, QFP, SOP, PLCC, and SOJ chips. I've personally used it for reworking and reballing Xbox 360 GPUs and it's extremely easy to use.
*I do highly recommend practicing on old, un-needed or junk boards before trying your hand at actual repairs, this unit can be extremely helpful when used properly, but can also destroy your PCB and ICs if used incorrectly.*
