Log cabin concession trailer 8.5' x 32'
This is a "like-new" trailer that has only done three events. It has a distinct look that grabs people's attention. It was used for Kettle Corn, but would transition easily into other concession areas.
This is not your typical cargo trailer converted into a concession trailer. This is a custom built 27' log cabin with a pitched roof on a 32' triple axle trailer frame. The front is real half-lap log, the other three sides are a log cabin wrap. The skirting looks like a realistic river rock foundation. The signboards can easily be rewrapped.
The inside of the trailer is broken up into three rooms.
The first room you walk into is a prep room. This area has:
* Number 4 stainless steel 72"x27" counters
* Two outlets below each counter and one outlet above each counter
* A wall-mounted ABC class fire extinguisher
* 6' solid glass windows on each side
* A 6' hanging shelf along the back wall
A glass door refrigerator on the back wall and a solid door refrigerator on the front wall from the boundary between the prep room and the serving area. All refrigerators are ANSI/NSF Standard 7 certified.
The serving room is next. This area has:
* number 4 stainless steel serving counter
* A 70"x17" number 4 stainless steel shelf below counter
* A Fire King Safe under the counter
* Two 14"x15" serving windows with a 62" solid glass window between
* Three compartment sink with 15"x15"x15" compartments and two 12"x12" drainboards
* Separate 9"x11"x6" hand washing sink with soap dispenser
* Fire exit in roof above sinks
* Under handwashing sink: water pump, first aid kit, storage
* Under three compartment sink: water heater & storage
Another glass door refrigerator on the back wall and solid door refrigerator on the front wall break up the serving area from the back room. This area held a kettle corn popper and supply shelving. This is a 98"x86" room.
* Two breaker panels on either side of the door opening
* One outlet in each corner (4 total)
* 74" screened window on the front and back walls
* 38" screened window on the hitch end
* In the front and hitch side corner there is a 9" stove pipe opening
* 4' hanging shelf in the front window
There are two 15,000 BTU Brisk Air Duo Therm Air Conditioners (UL Listed). There are also two 100lb. propane tanks on the hitch.
