The manual is in very good to excellent condition with no pencil/pen marks except for 1 page. No folds/rips/tears of the pages. Almost no dog-earing of the pages. Almost no grease/dirt smudges/stains on the pages. No age discoloration, light cover wear, and very light cover smudges/stains.
