John deere 54" blade skid shoe replacement

John deere skid shoe replacement for 54" snow / gravel blade. I was tired of paying crazy prices for the skid shoes that the john deere dealer sells and other make. They last one season of heavy plwoing of snow! Some of these sell for 30.00 a pc and even on here they heavy duty ones sell for 100.00. I bought these and they just last one extra season. Another reason for this is that they wear down and opps your plade hits and wears down, more money. So I went out designed a and made from the same heavy duty steel a new system one with wheels! I bolted wheels or a coaster with lock nuts. The coaster I found in many hardware store like Home Depot and is made of metal also with a bolt system holding the wheel and ball bearings. I tried my new system out and it worked like a charm all season! Now I plow alot of driveways.... Only one time I hit a serious curb and the wheel snapped off from its base, NO problem the wheel is a couple bucks at home depot and I just reattached! After showing them to some other folks they said make me a set, and hence I decided to sell them here. I hope you enjoy them. The price includes two of the base unit, two coasters, locking bolt and pin and bolt and nut. The locking bolt and pin that come with your plow will not be long enough for this one. Call or email if you have any questions. Mike (***) 489-6778 and or cell 513 3009268
Also third pic shows what a typical JD skid shoe looks like. I had 3 pairs of these made, one listed here now, will sell/post others as each sells. not making anything real in profit so please understand I am just trying to make a buck and help others with similar equipment.
