This unit came to our showroom recently, and this gas fryer is in excellent condition. This Frymaster fryer has an electronic control board with the programmable keys, and it used in a chain restaurant that has been updating their equipment lately. We tested this unit and it is found to be in good working condition. This floor type fryer holds around 50 lbs of oil and it is made of high quality stainless steel. The tank has no leaks and it is in good condition.
