Custom Made Round Flat Bread Oven
This oven is designd for smaller bakeries and restaurants and takes up very little space compared to other Pita ovens.
Volts: 220V Oven 60HZ, 3 Phase 1 HP
Baking Surface: Round baking chamber 54 inches form side to side.

Production: up to 700 units per hour
Structure: Oven is constructed from steel then insulated and covered with L304 stainless steel with a #4 brush finish.
Photo does NOT completed oven, shows a shell only. Once purchased a Stainless steel hood, Stainless Steel shoot and a Stainless body which will cover the entire bottom part including gas lines and motor will be added at no additional charge.
Unit can be installed as part of manual or a semi-automatic baking line.
