UP for sale is a brand new, fully boxed and assembled unit in large 2H 19" inch rack mount metal case, Phase locked loop (PLL), 20 Watts typical output VHF TV transmitter for higher VHF channels (175-225MHz), direct from manufacturer, PCS electronics in Europe.
