Heavy duty fixed table design with high speed C Frame moving bridge.
The machine base and bridge incorporate heavy-duty welded steel plate, steel tube, and contiguous beam construction providing rigidity and stability. All precision component mounting surfaces are precisely machined on CNC machining centers. THK rectangular way bearing and ball screw systems are utilized. All ball screw components are anti-backlash to provide the highest level of accuracy.
One 1 meter x 2 meter (40 x 80 ) fixed work table. Plenum style vacuum ready table (for material hold down) with heavy-duty phenolic table surface over steel structure. Round holes with stoppers for zoning and pod fixturing included.
