Trick out your project with Titanium screws without spending a fortune!
You can cut these down to size as needed, or use them as they are with embedded nylon locking element. The nylon locking element makes these "lock screws", which are similar in function to "lock nuts" to prevent vibrational loosening of the fastener - especially in-flight.
Smooth outer surface gives your project a cleaner, more finished appearance. Titanium provides you with a combination of high strength with very low weight!
How to find what you need from our machine screw inventory:
You may shop our large screw inventory using the category links on the nav bar to your left. The nav bar links are arranged by screw head/drive type only. If you are looking for a combination of specs, simply type the specifics in our store search box, for example: something like"6-32 Screws" "4-40 Stainless Fillister", "Brass Pan", or "Aluminum Phillips Flat" (without the quotes). Care has been taken to include the pertinent nomenclature in the titles of each screw to make searching easy and accurate. For materials, use "Aluminum", "Brass", "Stainless", "CRES", "Nylon". If the title of a screw item doesn't denote a material, it is alloy steel by default. There isn't enough room in the title to go into plating and coatings. For the thread, you will find the consistent use of "diameter - Threads per inch" syntax.. For example "2-56", "10-32", or "1/4-28", etc.... All screw titles have the term "screws", so if you are searching for all screws of size 8-32, you simply type in "8-32 Screws" in the search box (without quotes). For drive type, use "Phillips", "Pan", "Flat", "Hex", "Round", "Truss", "Binding", or "Oval". There isn't enough room in the title to denote 82 degree vs. 100 degree countersink on flat head screws. Searching for "Drilled Screws" will return all Slotted Fillister Head screws since they are the only one's will holes drilled for safety wire. BTW, the term "Head" is not used in screw titles, so including this term will not return any results from our machine screw category. Scroll to bottom of this description to use our machine screw quick links for common screw types and materials.
