Note: this grill uses three phase power! A heavy duty cord and plug are included. It uses Teflon release sheets available from your Taylor dealer. The factory cleaning tools are included along with a custom made stainless steel tool caddy that hangs on the side of the machine. The machine is programmable for a variety of cooking tasks.
It's main feature is speed. We cooked hamburger patties and other meat to well done in about 120 seconds. This one machine was able to keep up with our extremely fast hamburger line (less than 5 minutes from order to delivery; everything cooked from raw starting at about 34 degrees). It's a beauty when speed counts.
