A La Cart, Inc. 3-Pan Heated Portable Food Service Cart
This unique cart simply plugs into a standard 115 volt outlet. The stainless steel insert pans used with cart come with elements built right into them. Electrical contacts in the pan connect with the ones for each well allowing the pans themselves to heat up without the use of water or steam. The "high" setting allows for all 3 pans to heat up to approximately 145 degrees, the "low" setting to approximately 120 degrees.
The cart is 62" long, 32" wide with the 8" work shelf down, 36" wide with the shelf up, and 48" tall. There is a 44"L x 10"D overshelf that also serves as a sneezeguard. The undershelves at the back of the cart for extra storage are 24" x 42", and both have a height capacity of 12" tall. On the left hand side of the cart there is also an 8" diameter spring loaded heated plate holder.
We have hooked this cart up in our warehouse to test it and everything appears to be working great. It will come with (3) of the full size stainless steel pans with the built in elements, but we do have extras available.
This cart would be ideal for a variety of applications such use basic kitchen use, food show demonstrations, cafeteria style food service, catering, or events!
