4-zone furnace/oven power controller 8 udc X000 honeywe
Four-Channel Furnace or Oven Controller with 4 Honeywell DC 3002 controllers & 4 DC2005 monitors.
This unit has 4 Honeywell controllers as over-temp units and 4 as controllers to handle 4-zones or separate units.
The upper row are DC2005 overtemp alarm monitors. The lower row are DC3002 temperature controllers.
The number on the main controllers is DC3002-0-00A-2-DIN-0001.
There are type K t/c connections on the top of the cabinet as shown above.
The power cords have been clipped. The 4 yellow cords went to the heating elements. The 2 black cords were incoming power.
The image above shows the back of the Honeywell controllers.
The images below show the temperature power control modules along with their associated mercury wetted contact relays.
Each relay is good to 60 amps resistive-i.e. heating elements.
The power controllers are Phasetronics Model 1P1-2440-C
