Although the cases and containers of some of my cutters may look used or worn, they are this way simply from being in my box, some of which, for several years.
I have various boring heads, cutters, digital measuring instruments, hand tools, taps and drills and many other items. Many are new or in new condition and some items will be used. I am not selling any items which are extremely worn or junk.
All of my tools are quality items. I've never purchased tools from the discount stores or the cheap import stores. All of my tools were either purchased new from reputable manufacturers or in lots I purchased from retiring toolmakers or shop closings.
