New old stock. Definitely not bright, but will clean up for use with little more effort than needed for new bright.
These are better than they look in the picture. (Didn't clean off the dust!) Most of these would be called bright by a recycler. If you aren't concerned about bright new appearance, or are going to paint the finished product, they're just as good as new.
If you make an offer much less than that, at least for he first couple weeks it's listed, I probably won't bother to reply, but go ahead so I know what you think they're worth.
Everything in the picture weighs about 17#.
