This cold plate cart is all stainless steel and aluminum for easy cleanup, and has the large semi-pneumatic wheels for easy moving when it is loaded with product. The rear wheels are on swivel casters that lock, so that you can anchor the cart in place so that it doesn't move when scooping ( a really BIG benefit) It will hold enough product so that you can do well over $2000 per day!!!
