This is a very unusual item. It is made by ERA products of South El Monte California. The approx date of manufacture is 4/69. It is made of Blue Anodized Aluminum. It has three ports that are marked "p" "v" and "out". There is also a plug located on the side. the following information is listed on the tag:
Regulator, press., P/N 21400, S/N 2, GLL P/N 629886-1, P/O 45215, 4/69.
On the topthere are two crank type controls. one is for large turns of the dial, and the smaller one is for small adjustments. This item is in very good condition and may not have been used in the feild.
