This item was acquired at a salvage freight sale recently. They are brand new and still factory shrinkwrapped, however the paper boxes were slightly crumpled during the trucking incident. That shouldn't make much difference if you are going to pour them out in a desk drawer organizer, but some boxes may need to be retaped if you are reselling the individual boxes.
