Yaesu ft-1000MP hf 10-160 m transceiver

Yaesu FT-1000MP HF 10-160 m + WARC Radio
I bought this radio from a local ham about three years ago. All of the transceiver functions operate correctly. There is nothing wrong with this radio. It has always been used by non smokers. See below for details on the filters, IF mod, and TXCO upgrades. The face is in wonderful condition with no scratches. All of the indicator lamps work. The case has a few very minor scratches on the sides. The only reason I am selling it is that life priorities have changed and I no longer have time for radio and along with that, I need to sell off some under utilized gear.
The FT-1000MP's are great radios. TX: 10-160 m + WARC, RX: 100 kHz to 30 MHz, Dual receivers, Modes: AM/FM/SSB/CW/FSK. RF Output: FM/SSB/CW: 100 W, AM: 25 W. If you don't know about the FT-1000MP's poke around on the web or look at the eHam reviews (link provided below).
The 2 ppm TXCO4 (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) is installed.
This radio has the INRAD IF Noise Reduction Mod (you can see it on one of the photos). Below is a link to the INRAD website if you want to look at this in more detail. After the mod, I did notice the noise reduction.
Here is a partial description from the installation instructions describing the IF mod."...The FT-1000MP series radios are outstanding performers with excellent design. Many users however, have noticed background noise or hiss in the audio output. This noise is coming from the third IF at 455 kHz which has a great deal of gain after the last filter. The wideband noise from this amplifier is responsible for this hiss. The IF mod kit adds a few dB of gain to the first IF at 70.455 MHz just before the 2nd mixer to 8.215 MHz. The gain at the 455 kHz IF is then reduced through a menu item, and the net result is a noticeable reduction in the annoying IF hiss and an improvement in the noise floor of a few dB. The net result is a more sensitive radio which has a better, more pleasing sound..."
