With 120 VAC power applied, the Power Supply light comes on and all lights on the CPU module go through a sequence that ends with the Fault light flashing continuously and the DH+ light flashing on about every 4th flash of the Fault light. The power light on the 1746-NIO4V is also on. When power is removed all lights go off. This is what I believe should be expected. Everything else looks okay, this system came from a running machine and is exceptionally clean. This unit is made up of the following components:
(1) # 1746-A4, 4-Slot Chassis, Modular Hardware Style, Series B.
(1) # 1747-L531, Ser. E, Proc Rev 8, SLC 5/03 CPU, Battery checks 3 Volts. Includes Programming Key.
(1) # 1746-IB16, Series C, 115 vac DC Sink Input Module.
(1) # 1746-NI04V, Series A, Analog Combination I/O Module
(1) # 1746-OW16, Series C, Relay Output Module.
This is a nice system, from a running machine, and this unit is very clean.
