Advanced network technology meets a sophisticated look in the compact and stylish SNC-CS10 IPELA network camera from Sony. Some of its more outstanding features include advanced DSP, MPEG-4 or M-JPEG compression options and IP filtering. Its 6" length also means that it will easily fit inside a standard 8" CCTV camera housing for outdoor monitoring applications.

High Sensitivity and Low Noise
Through the use of a progressive scan CCD along with an advanced DSP system, this camera is able to generate and maintain well defined images even in areas experiencing low or challenging lighting conditions.
For versatile data management, images can be captured using either the M-JPEG or MPEG-4 compression formats. With its high resolution and relatively low compression, M-JPEG is best suited for live viewing, while MPEG-4, having a higher compression, is ideal for network transmission, where speed takes precedence over resolution.
Adaptive Rate Control automatically adjusts the camera's bit rate according to current network conditions, thus ensuring optimum performance while minimizing network congestion.
