New lot of 10 14.4MHZ tcxo ham marker/ ref microwave
Lot of 10 New 14.4MHz TCXO Ham Marker/ REF Microwave
This is for a lot of 10 new Meiden model CO-T67PZ 14.4MHz TCXO oscillators from in the tray in the photo with max of 2.5PPM and typically 1ppm stability from -30 to +70 degrees C. These operate from +3v to + 5v and have a clipped sine wave. What is so special about this frequency is it will divide evenly into the following ham frequencies for use as a marker: 144MHz, 432, 1296, 2304, 3456, 5670. 10.368GHz and 24.192GHz for use as a marker. 14.4MHz will also divide evenly into all the low-side injection frequencies for bands 1296 and up when using either 144MHz or 432MHz for the IF frequency. (1296-144=1152) divided by 14.4 = 80 etc. This means you can multiply 14.4MHz up to generate your LO for all the microwave bands. Measured phase noise for this TCXO is -140dBC @ 10Khz offset. I have locked a Macom PLL brick on 9936MHz (10.368 using a 432 IF) by bringing the output of this TCXO directly into the external reference input of the brick. Temperature stability can be further improved by using a simple oven control circuit to stabilize the TCXO to 50C. To make a simple marker for 144 through 10.368GHz simply run this TCXO into a 74AC00 wired as an edge detector and then into a GALI1 MMIC.
