Resource 1 guarantees all products to be operational and free from manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in good condition, and must include all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Resource 1 must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within one week of delivery.
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have RMA #. Merchandise must be in unused condition.
