Info added May 2: Visually I can see this is a cemented doublet.
Condition: lens looks to be in good condition. The surfaces look "crisp." Speculation that it is unused

However! the lens measures about 2-3 mm in diameter, with a rough test of the focal length at 6-10 mm
Sold, it is sold an an unknown item, to be experiment with!
This is not an area I know much about.
The plastic case has a dinged/cracked corner, affecting the front leg upper section of the lower half. The lens is undamaged. The case does not snap shut as a result of the case damage.
