Cooking oil tester testo 270 kit includes aluminium case, TopSafe protector, hand strap, batteries, test reference oil, calibration instructions and user manual.
Testo instrument measures the end of life %TPM (Total Polar Materials) indicator of cooking oil. Testo 270 probe is based on testo patented temperature compensating capacitive sensor giving unpararelled accuracy of the "state of oil' readings. The 270 probe's electronics are protected from the cooking envirnoment by the dishwasher washable TopSafe jacket. The back-to-back readings from multiple fryers can be recorded without need of probe's cooldown in a fast and efficient manner. The frying process' preset %TPM value is used to maintain a consistent flavor quality and eliminates premature oil replacement saving on average 20% of annual oil costs.
