* Heavy duty 6" x 2" casters (2 are swivel and 2 are stationary) are equipped on the bottom for broken down transport
* Heavy duty 8" x 2" casters (2 are swivel and locking and 2 are stationary) are equipped on the unit for its upright position
* Hydraulic pump is included
* Includes a 500 lb counterweight
Product is new, but has damage. One of the casters for the upright position is broken, the other one's bracket is bent. The side rails are bent. Product has numerous scuffs and scrapes to the finish.
