SRPM2 is a portable digital optical laser tachometer. Measure RPM or total count of revolutions.
Pulses of the laser light reflected back to the lens from a reflector strip are counted. You can attach these reflectors to fan or motor shafts. Point the laser at the reflector strip and the RPM shows up almost immediately on the LCD. The laser light beam stays narrow, for accuracy over long distances.
