Durastart - the tubesaver fluorescent tube soft starter
This is a Durastart Tubesaver DS 016 for soft starting T8 and T12 fluorescent tubes between 30 and 125 watts, 200-260 V AC, 50-60Hz.
These are a plug in replacement for the normal flash type starters which wear out tubes earlier.
