This listing is for one chair. Photos show the chair with foam packaging still on base; the base is actually black and not grey- the grey is the foam wrap protecting the base. This chair comes with the headrest (which is also removable) and black leather seat; black mesh back; and black leather padded cover, which goes on over the mesh back. It can be removed if desired (for transitions from Winter to Summer, for example). This chair came out of the sealed box with a very tiny hole where the headrest attaches to the chair back. It is barely noticeable and only when the leather back pad is off. When the pad is on, it is completely covered. See the photos we have included up close, it is very small.
