Title is "Manual for Resident Engineers." This 1909 first edition is by FA Molitor and EJ Beard, members of the American Society of Civil Engineers. The subtitle is "Containing General Information on Construction. Many tables and drawings. It has 118 pages, is @ 5" x 8" x 1/2". There is wear to the spine edges as shown in the picture, and on the corners of the cover. There is something in pencil (a name? or address?) on the first blank page, and the number 50 on the top corner facing that. I found no stained or torn pages. A nice construction engineer/collector's first edition.
