By purchasing, you are allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your consent, and you may ask that your details are removed from our systems by writing to us.
All prices are in sterling and include VAT at current rate except where stated.
A VAT receipt will be sent with the goods, or separately if the purchase is downloaded or sent direct from a suppler.
Non-Receipt of goods or goods received damaged:
Please contact us within fourteen days if goods have not been received after seven days, or have arrived damaged. If goods have arrived damaged then please keep all packaging for possible examination.
If the goods carry a guarantee, and a fault arises within the guarantee period, then please contact us prior to returning the goods.
A replacement (subject to availability) or a refund will be made on return of the goods,
If the goods do not carry a guarantee then we must be advised within thirty days of purchase.
If you are a consumer you also have the right to cancel the contract provided the goods supplied have been unopened and unused:
* You must inform us within seven working days of delivery that you wish to cancel the contract.
* You must return the goods to us complete and unopened in the same condition as received, at your own cost and risk.
* You have the right to cancel this contract for any reason.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods within 30 days of your written cancellation.
