* We can answer basic questions however more involved Tech Support provided by our USA distributor. Easy installation instructions are included. The simple software is pretty straightforward. The camera is detected by your computer as a web cam.
This inspection system will deliver a live color image on your PC screen for time saving inspection of tough-to-reach auto parts, HVAC, industrial or mechanical applications. Check for damage, worn belts, hoses, engine interior, disc brakes, etc. without removing a lot of parts. After you capture images with the software, you can easily send the images to friends and colleagues, so you can easily discuss problems or troubleshoot issues using the photographic evidence.
This magnetic arm tool (above) is included and can be clipped onto the end. Great for picking up keys or metal items in impossible to reach areas.
The cable is an "obedient" cable, meaning it maintains your desired fixed positions until you readjust it. Helpful for looking down drains, pipes, behind walls, etc.

Will this run on my Vista PC? We installed it successfully on our Vista laptop. It runs great. On some Vista computers you may have to install it as an administrator or in XP mode, but we installed it without any headaches.
