This new Uniworld 12" cast aluminum meat slicer is heavy duty in production. Equipped with a 1/3horse power motor and a blade sharpener on top. All parts that come in contact with food are anodized aluminum for safe use and easy cleaning.
The powerful, high quality, quiet induction motor and tilted design are perfect for butcher shops and grocery stores. Heavy duty, die-cast aluminum base won't pit or rust. Rated for light cheese slicing.
