Variable 20DB radiotv/uhf/vhf 75OHM attenuator dc pass

20 dB, 75 Ohm Variable Attenuator with DC Pass Through to use to prevent TV overload from amplifiers or strong stations.
Pass through voltage max 24 VDC
Pass through current max 250mA
This attenuator can be used in line with many active circuits requiring a DC power source such as active antennas or in line amplifiers.
Improves poor reception caused by an overly strong signal from cable TV, UHF/VHF, cable modems and amplifiers
Adjustable attenuation from 0 to 20dB
Connecting and Operating the Attenuator
For the best connection, use RG-6, 75-ohm coaxial catv cable available at Radio Shack etc or from us.
It works with digital cable or internet.
1. Use a screwdriver and screws (included) to mount the attenuator on a wall, baseboard or your entertainment center.
2. Connect one side of the Attenuator to the 75-ohm antenna terminal on your TV.
Note: If your TV or antenna uses 300-Ohm screw terminals, you need a 75-to-300-ohm transformer, available from us at 3.00 extra
3. Connect the other side of the attenuator to the cable box or UHF/VHF antenna, etc.
4. Rotate the Control for best reception.
Frequency Range: 500 Khz-1000MHz
Return loss: 5-500MHz (10dB min.), 501-1000MHz (8dB min.)
