Ae randles model 22-44 tray former for smplex trays
AE Randles model 22-44 tray former set up to run Simplex style trays. This machine was running a box base and cover side by side. No glue involved. All parts and guards appear to be there and machine cycles when plugged in.
Could be configured to run one large tray. New tooling (magazine and forming station) would be required to run a different size tray. This is available from Randles or independent suppliers.
Machine is on casters to be rolled around. Height can be adjusted within a 10" range. Runs on 115 volts and includes vacuum pump, stack light to indicate low magazine level, instruction manual and wiring diagram. Speed adjustable by turning handle of vari-speed drive.
Built in 1999, serial number VF6001. Size 52" wide by 68" deep by 69" tall.
