Lot of 11 Various Sorensen DCR Series Power Supplies - for Parts or Repair
We have added one more Sorensen Supply to this lot! It is not shown in the photograph, details are in item #11 in the list below.
This item contains a lot of 11 various Sorensen DCR Power Supplies in various states of repair/disrepair. There should hopefully be enough parts here to get several of these popular power supplies working. Most of them have a nice clean front panel, with normal wear and tear such as minor scratches and sticker residue. Here is a list of the power supplies you will get:
* Back: Missing the small section of the rear panel
* Testing: Powers on, unable to adjust the voltage
* Front: Some surface scratches
* Back: Missing the rear panel
* Testing: Will not power on
* Rating: 300 Volts, 1.5 Amps
* Front: Current meter is stuck
* Back: Missing small panel on the rear, power cord cut, no fuse holder
* Testing: Can not test (fuse holder and power cord are missing)
* Testing: Powers on in Constant Current mode, cannot adjust Voltage
* Testing: Will not power on, the power switch feels like it is broken internally
* Testing: Powers on and the Voltage adjusts properly over entire range
* Rating: 600 Volts, 1.5 Amps
* Front: There is a Polarity switch installed that looks like a custom modification
* Back: No power cord, the rear panel is missing
* Testing: Powers on, but the Voltage will not adjust
* Front: Voltmeter is marked "Bad, Smokes", Current meter is missing its cover
* Back: The rear panel is missing
* Back: Looks good, there are a couple interface cables coming out of the back on one side.
* Testing: Powers on, Voltage will not adjust
We are not able to test them under load because we have nothing that will draw this kind of power. Though honestly only a couple of them seem to be in any kind of condition to supply power to a load.
