Each BGO crystal is 30mm long and the end faces are approximately 6mm by 12mm, one end face is polished, the sides are an un-polished matte finish. The crystal is clean and in very good condition with no large chips. The polished end faces do have some minor flaking or roughness on the edges and corners from manufacturing but should not have any measurable effect on performance.
This PMT is uncommon because it has a square face and very small size, especially when considering it is 2 PMT's in one glass tube/socket, the face is only about 24mm by 24mm. The PMT body including the socket has an overall length of about 10cm. Each PMT also comes with one removable Hamamatsu 17 pin High Voltage divider socket assembly part # E2037-01. The PMT is in good condition and was a working pull from a PET scanner that was de-commissioned and comes with a 7 day DOA guarantee.
