CDR2000 is a 2-pass dough roller that can form pizzas up to 20 inches in diameter. It is the most advanced all-in-front compact pizza dough roller on the market and has an ergonomic design that makes it easy to make 500+ pieces per hour. CDR-2000 comes with a number of standard features for convenience, fast production, and easy maintenance and cleaning. Safety sensors are installed on the dough roller to automatically shut the machine off if any safety guards are removed. The CDR2000 features a compact design, and a heavy duty all stainless steel welded construction.
CDR2000 is ergonomically designed for easy operation and features a large hopper that allows the insertion of large pieces of dough. The all-in-front operation makes the CDR2000 convenient to operate, especially for smaller kitchens. It uses a maintenance-free drive mechanism, which is isolated from the roller area. The gear motor used is a heavy-duty 3/4 horsepower, maintenance free, single phase, 115V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz.
You can choose from synthetic or hard-chrome plated rollers. The metallic rollers are available on model number CDR-2000M.

The CDR-2000 measures 25.5 inches tall from the leg to the tip of the hopper. From the roller (back) to the tip of the front plate, it is 25 inches long. The unit's width is 22.5 inches (24 inches including the knobs on the side). The rollers are 3.5 inches (8.89 cm) in diameter by 20 inches (50.80 cm) in length. The legs measure 4 inches and are made of sanitary stainless steel and are also adjustable.
