First of all, use Laser like a "spray painting" on problem area of the body..
Red laser : Skin or surface problems,
IR laser : Deeper tissue problems (better penetration)
a. Very serious problem : 7-10 minutes per area, 3x daily for the first week,
thereafter 2x daily for the next week, thereafter 1x daily for next 3-4 weeks..
b. Middle serious problem : 5 minutes per area, 2x daily for the first week,
thereafter 1x daily for next 4-5 weeks..
c. Light problems or cosmetic purpose : 2-3 minutes per area, 2x daily for the first week,
thereafter 1x daily for next week, and 3x weekly for the next 4 weeks..
