Excellent Units. Made to Last. Hard to find the good ones this reasonable. Anything less and I will separate and use the motors for other things.
This unit came out of a School Remodel and is in excellent shape, has had regular maintenance and is ready to continue many years of service. Also I have a choice of other units, though much smaller in size.
This is listed as a Used item, it was removed several months ago during the remodel and was in full operation to that time and has been in storage since then. It will be hard to find a better unit than this, in this nice of condition and feel comfortable on the care and maintenance that it has had so far.
