This is a power supply for a resistance heater element used to seal glass. 115 Volts AC primary with adjustable secondary of 4 to 18 Volts AC @ 14 Amps. There is usually a programmable timer supply to switch from pre-heat to seal and then back to pre-heat as a anneal cycle. The rheostats on the front panel adjust the primary current to the transformers.
