Please note booklet has brown grease stains or water marks mostly limited to the covers, however there are some to the inside pages also. There are some tears to the cover spine. There are some edge cuts to the back cover. Some of the pages have some dog-earred corners. There is soiling to the outer edge pages of booklet. There is no writing to the booklet.
