I bought this book a couple of weeks ago brand new. I also bought the permanent tabs that are approved and allowed on the book for test day. I took a prep class for the TX Residential Appliance Installer license that cost $200 and as part of that class they show you where to tab your book. I used this book with the tabs and highlighted areas and passed. It works!
