Warranty coverage is divided into two parts: Hardware and Software.
Warranty on hardware (CR-Reader 5020S or UCCR / TCCR 7001 Reader) :
CR-TECH will correct problems incurred in the supplied CR-TECH software or CR-TECH generated support documentation including software media.
CR-TECH does not warrant that the operation of the CR-Reader 5020S, UCCR / TCCR 7001 Reader or its software will be uninterrupted or error-free. This warranty does not cover damage due to (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, including, but not limited to, dropping the unit, damage caused by exogenous sources, liquids or substances, heat or freezing exposure, failure to use items supplied by CR-TECH (such as power supplies and cables), product which has been returned for repair that is improperly packaged (not consistent with the original packaging) or any other cause beyond the range of intended use; (2) attempted repairs or modifications of the CR-Reader 5020S or UCCR / TCCR 7001 Reader by anyone other than CR-TECH; or (3) improper operation or maintenance of the CR-Reader 5020S or UCCR / TCCR 7001 Reader). The CR-Reader 5020S or UCCR / TCCR 7001 Reader is not covered under this warranty if its serial number has been removed.
CR-TECH software will only operate on the Windows XP Professional operating system. Windows XP is required for the CD burning option. CR-TECHdoes not support the operating system or any other software co-resident with theCR-TECH application.
Additional Onsite technical consultation (Outside Support Plan): $150/ Hr per resource.
