CONCESSION TRAILER FRESH WATER SYSTEM PACKAGE
4 GALLON ELECTRIC HOT WATER HEATER
GRAVITY/CITY WATER ACCESS DOOR
The Ariston 4 gallon electric hot water heater is compact in size, very efficient and easy to install. It can be mounted on a wall by using the supplied bracket or it can sit directly on the floor. It plugs into a standard wall outlet, requires 110VAC and uses 12.5 amps of current. It is common to supply a dedicated outlet for the hot water heater. This same outlet can be used to plug the demand pump in to, as it uses very little amperage. This hot water heater is ample to supply hot water to the above sinks. A warranty is included.
SHURFLO 110V DEMAND WATER PUMP
Shurflo is a top name in the RV industry. Most RVs manufactured include these pumps in their systems. The pump supplies 3.3 gpm, uses very little amperage and is dependable. It provides the means of pumping fresh water out of the tank to the hot water heater and faucets. It is self priming and can be mounted anywhere in the system, in any direction. Please see Installation Instructions provided on this website.
The Gravity/City Water Access Door is a multifunction necessity in any fresh water system. The door is mounted on the outside of your trailer wall, near the fresh water tank. It provides the means of filling the fresh water with water, through a filler neck that is capped. This can be accomplished with a hose or water jugs, whichever is available. Another fitting on the door provides the means of hooking up a standard garden or RV hose to supply water, from a city faucet, under pressure to your water system. When this is done, a check valve in the demand pump prevents water from entering and filling the fresh water tank. The tank and pump are not used when this process is chosen. A check valve is also provided at the hose connection in the door to prevent "back flow" into the water supply. Should a health inspector require what they call a back flow preventer, the door itself has this built in. The last function of the door is to provide a small fitting to connect the fresh water tank vent with the supplied vinyl tubing and clamps. Please see all available information in our Installation Instructions section regarding Fresh Water System Information and Gravity/City Water Door Installation.
