Most items we sell are New, nearly new,ex-display/ex catalogue returns and generally in A1 condition.
Unless stated Brand New all items sold i.e EX Display, As New, Second Hand, Average Condition. Certain things must be expected, there may be the odd surface scratch, Box damage or little shabby. These types of things will not be considered under the warranty.
Please check compatibility of adapters, cables, Remotes, Kits etc .with your products manual/ user guide as they will not be refunded if found to be incompatible.
Items sold as UNTESTED/FAULTY do not qualify for any guarantees/warranty s and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Give us at least 48 hours before we can post the item (NOT DELIVER) otherwise we have arranged.
We do not post on weekends or public holidays.
All items sold come with a 7 day warranty received date, and any items found to be faulty thereafter will not be replaced or refunded NO EXCEPTION (i was on holiday, did not get chance etc..)
