Here is a BRAND NEW set of precast concrete steps and a platform, complete with railings. These were ordered and did not fit the application. They were non returnable so we are trying to sell them. Shea concrete offers a similar set at over $1100. Here are the details.
The steps have a 12" Tread and a 7.5" Rise
The platform up top is 48" x 60"
The total height of the unit is 68"
The railing height is 37" at the bottom step and 36" at the platform
The precast concrete is 3" thick
