This is a Granville-Phillips type 307 vacuum controller package, including a NEW nude ionization gauge tube, two NEW Convectron gauge tubes, and associated gauge tube cables.
As received by us, the ionization gauge tube was in the clamshell packaging as shown, without any tape seals on the edges of the packaging. The gauge tube appears to be new and immaculate; no marks on the non-sealing face of the vacuum flange where washers or bolt heads would touch if the gauge were installed on a system. The Convectron gauge tubes also appear to be new, and were received in their original packaging.
The ionization gauge cable and Convectron gauge cables were not received by us in sealed packaging, but they both appear to be in new condition.
The controller was tested (using a different gauge tube) on a high vacuum system. It appeared to function just fine, and pressure readings nicely matched those obtained from a "known good" ionization gauge controller used to operate the same gauge tube on the same system. The degas functioned properly as well. The Convectron channels were checked using a G-P variable pressure Convectron gauge tube simulator; both channels responded as expected.
Controller ionization gauge capabilities:

* resistive (I2R) degas compatible with standard nude or glass envelope gauges (bifilar grid)
* lower measurement limit of 1 x 10-10 Torr
* emission current adjustable from 0.01 to 10.0 mA
* gauge sensitivity adjustable from 3 Torr-1 to 50 Torr-1
* analog output; logarithmic, 1 V per decade, 0-10 VDC
Controller Convectron gauge capabilities:
* operates two (2) Granville-Phillips series 275 Convectron gauge tubes
* pressure range of 1 x 10-4 to 990 Torr
* analog output; logarithmic, 1 V per decade, 0-7 VDC
* can automatically turn on ionization gauge during pump-down based on Convectron gauge reading
Controller general characteristics:
* 90-130 VAC mains power, 3 A
Controller included accessories (NEW condition):
* cable to connect power supply to controller (mounted side-by-side)
* hardware to mount the controller and power supply cabinets side-by-side as a 19" rack unit
Ionization gauge tube (NEW condition):
* Bayard-Alpert type gauge with bifilar grid
* 2-3/4" Conflat style flange
* pin guard & locking strain relief
Ionization gauge tube cable (NEW condition):
* locking ring for strain relief
* according to the seller's old G-P catalog, this style of cable is bakeable to 150 C
Convectron gauge tubes (NEW condition):
* series 275 Convectron gauge tubes
* 1/8" NPT connection to system
Convectron gauge tube cable (NEW condition):
* each of the two sections of cable is 25 feet in length
Other possibilities - depending on availability, we may be able to provide some or all of the following:
* substitution of a power supply that would support sequential operation of two ionization gauges (at additional cost)
* process control relay module (at additional cost)
* substitution of a thermocouple gauge module, cable, and gauge tubes in place of the Convectron gauge components (at no additional cost)
* substitution of a KF-40 flanged ionization gauge tube in place of the Conflat flanged gauge tube shown (at no additional cost)
