Contractor Overlay Starter Package
This Package consists of materials and tools to create a stampable overlay of approx. 800 square feet AND enough to complete a spray topping for over 1800 Square feet. There are Two stamp texture pattern sets and even three stencil patterns(Stencils are 500 Square Feet each). The regular prices are listed so that you can see the over $1,000.00 in savings realized by purchasing this entire package.

Starting costs for stamped concrete overlays are usually in the $5 range but have been known to climb to the $15-$20 per square foot cost in the casinos of Las Vegas and high end homes. These systems will run about $7-$10 on average. Included in this package is enough stampable mix for approx. 800 square feet at 3/8" thick. At $7.00 per square foot, this would be equal to $5,600.00
The cost to resurface a concrete slab can vary quite a bit. Basic grey cement color over a fairly good condition of concrete could be as low as 2.25 per square foot whereas an intricate pattern, multicolor and borders can run you in the price range of $4 to $8 per square foot. This package includes 1500 square foot of stencils , and enough spray mix to do 1875 square feet. At an average of $4.00 per square foot, the potential income with the spray topping would be $7,500.00.

Mosaics texture stamps and mats are molded from Polydur , an advanced, new polymer resin material that has better strength and stability than urethane resin, the most-widely used resin in the manufacture of stamping tools available before today. Mosaics rigid stamps also will maintain their original stiffness throughout the pour, resulting in a more uniform performance and texture depth, making artistic finishes more precise and enabling contractors to be more productive, efficient and produce a more natural and authentic look.
Mosaics stamps and mats are designed to be utilized by trained professionals on fresh concrete or Mosaics especially-formulated stamp overlayment products to create the authentic look and texture of brick, tile and stone.
The 2008 line-up pictured in our catalog includes both rigid stamps and mats as well as flexible floppy mats. All rigid stamps are marked D or O, indicating grout line depth. D designates Deep grout lines, suitable for concrete and O designates shallower Overlay depth. Shallow grout lines are more suitable for overlay applications but the O-code mats can be also be used to stamp concrete if a shallow grout line texture is preferred. Rigid stamps are color-coded: O=Orange, Y=Yellow and G=Green. The flex mats are all the same color, N=Natural Amber, making them easier to distinguish from the rigid mats on the jobsite.
