This cart runs on electricity. The four ranges and the water pump have simple electric plugs using 110 volts each, and can be controlled separately for varying heat.
The cart rests on a D.O.T. approved heavy duty trailer (title available) with a baked enamel finish. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it safely at freeway speeds. The tires size is 4.8" x 8" standard. It is also available size 4.8" x 12" (optional).
The tow bar hitch is equipped with a 1 7/8" ball coupler with two safety chains. It is also available with a size 2" ball coupler as an option.
Keep your hot dog cart level with this easy-to-use 1000 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. With the swing-back style there s no need to remove the jack when hauling the cart, just fold it back and away. The trailer jack has a side crank handle to level it.
The 9 ft. market umbrella can be green or navy blue (your choice). The umbrella is in the center of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. There is no need to clean this umbrella and it is much cheaper and faster to replace. 9 years of experience selling hot dogs will tell you that a vinyl umbrella needs to be cleaned with a brush and soap in an open space once a week from the dust and the grease.
The stow-case has four levels and is sealed (so you don't need to remove anything in case of rain). Each shelf of the stow-case allows you to keep 60 bags (12buns/bag) of fresh buns behind two sliding doors.
The steam table can accommodate six 1/3 size pans 6 inches deep with lids. You can use the steamer for hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese and sauerkraut. It has four independent electric ranges. The stainless steel pans and lids (six 1/3 size pans 6 inches deep, six 1/3 size lids, and 4 separator bars) are included and easily removable for cleaning. The pans, lids and separator bars are also NSF approved and listed.
The cart comes with 2 stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, a 5 gallon clear water tank and a 7 gallon tank for disposed water. It also has an electric pump with its own on/off switch.
