This is a used stainless steel commercial Whip-it! whipped cream dispenser- 1.0 L. This was only briefly used- for a few months. It works great and has been well taken care of/cleaned everyday. Comes with different plastic tips for decorating, stainless steel charger holder, and original paperwork. I have a few nitrous oxide chargers I will throw in for free to get you started.
